This is the new year and many are eager to start a diet from the right leg, maybe lose a few pounds, eat better and choose food wisely. Here’s a great, healthy food substitute for your regular choices to help maintain your New Year’s determination. They have less fat, calories, but have a lot of flavor!

Do you love chocolate milk, but don’t feel stomach ache and refreshments so well? There’s a new healthy choice and it’s not soy! As a lactose intolerant woman, I usually drink soy and rice milk, but my last choice is great, especially chocolate and almond milk! It has such a clean taste and you swear you drank the real thing! You will want to pay attention to a healthy food manufacturer / organic or dairy product. They also offer a brand with shelves, but the best kind is frozen. This yummy delicacy is made from nuts, natural almond wind, Blue Diamond. Even if you don’t tolerate lactose, it only has 120 calories and has less fat than even soy, so drink!

Do your kids love grilled cheese sandwiches but avoid them because of lactose? One great choice for cheese slices is Veggie Slices, which is found in the vegetarian dairy department and / or production area. They offer flavors like cheddar, mozzarella, American, jalapeno, smoked provolone, and the best part is that they are low in calories, have no cholesterol and have 0g of trans fat! The Veggie Slices brand also offers regular “cheese” bricks, as well as shredded ones. They are all fantastic, you swear they were milky!

Avocado is a great delicacy, and when you want to whip some candy or just put a few pieces on your salad, it’s great to know that it’s low in fat. A big brand of avocado called SlimCado, let’s eat this amazing fruit (it’s true, if you didn’t know it, avocado is actually a fruit!) Without accumulating calories. It is still meaty like regular avocado, but it has a slightly higher water content, so it is best used in quince. This is about 3 times more than usual and can go a long way a little.

Canned Fruits and Vegetables If you are not careful when choosing, you can have plenty of syrup, sugar and salt! This is not great if you want to choose a healthier option. Still, you have options! Fresh is always best if you can get it, and if it is affordable, the next best is frozen because it has been proven that all the nutrients are fresh and the latter are canned. As the economy has pushed food prices to record highs over the past few years, more and more people are turning to canned food. Look at the label and make sure there is no added salt or sugar in it. By examining the ingredients, you will avoid what contains syrup, corn syrup, fructose, sucrose, or added sweeteners. This adds unnecessary sodium and calories. If you can’t get anything without these ingredients, be sure to drain the juice and wash the contents thoroughly before use.

Are your weakness cookies? Like many, cookies are a favorite of pleasant and enjoyable foods. After all, most of them are with butter, margarine, or some hydrogenated oil, with sugar, and often with white flour. There are many new organic and non-organic healthy options that include whole grains, much less sugar and healthier oils. The great thing I adore is the Kashi TLC cookie. They’re chewable, but add a little crispiness and one cookie is enough for me, so one box can go a long way. The choice of flavor is a happy blend of paths, oatmeal dark chocolate and oatmeal raisin flax. These power plants offer low sugar, seven whole grains, 0g cholesterol, 3g fiber and only 130 calories in a big cookie!

If you like poppy and sherbet as a fun fruit treat, here’s a very easy recipe you’ll make at home to avoid paying a premium for packaged healthy meals at the grocery store. I really like Edy fruit bars and they are a fantastic, great way to treat! However, due to the recent price spike, I refuse to pay them the price of $ 4 now, so I do my own. I have a few Tupperware cups with lids (about ¾ – 1 full cup size). Use any fruit you have, or buy fresh or frozen fruit. My favorite is the blueberry-mango. I added frozen blueberries and bought 100% pure frozen mango pulp in the store. Give a few pulses until really smooth, then pour into cups to freeze. This is great for kids! No added sugar, no fat, only 100% fruit and SO Yummy! You could also try bananas, strawberries, raspberries, kiwis, blackberries! If you want something to melt, add orange or pineapple juice. Popsicle sticks are not required, you can eat a spoon from a cup.

Vegetables and buns at parties can be tufts, and they can look healthy until they are covered in a bowl that is usually high in fat, high in salt, and usually made from milk. If you haven’t tried it before or are used to buying from a grocery store, now is the time to make your own humma! The main ingredient in Hummus is chickpeas, also known as garbanzas. You can buy a can, drain it, wash it and pick it in a food processor with a clove of garlic, a little pepper and a little sea salt to taste and a little tahini. I just use what I have at home, so I usually do it with ground cumin, which also has a nice taste. Add a tablespoon of olive oil and pulse until fluffy and creamy. Hummus is great for crackers, bread or vegetable bites, and anyone can eat it, whether your vegan, vegetarian or lactose intolerant.
